The Pain & Palliative Care Society, Calicut is a charitable organization for people with incurable cancer and those in chronic pain. Started in 1993 as a registered society, it has been a WHO Demonstration Project

The Institute of Palliative Medicine (IPM), an organ of PPCS, consists of an In-Patient cum Training Centre. It is constructed in an effort to make palliative care available & accessible to all those in need of it.
